The very first portfolio I ever created was of the train system in Toronto while studying Photography at Ryerson University. Some of those places don’t even exist anymore! Since those early days I have taken my skills as a photographer down into a mine in Thompson, Manitoba, photographing a local chicken hatchery, onto construction sites including airports and highrise buildings to mention a few. Each new assignment offers such interesting perspectives with fine people doing interesting jobs.
I’ve learned so much along the way about industrial photography and about these industries.
